Every step counts

Kadam reads your body. Then tells you what today should look like.

One app for training, running, food, cycle and recovery — that reshapes itself around the body you actually have, and keeps every byte on your phone.

What matters

Five apps.
Zero shared context.

Every tool you already own knows one thing about you, and nothing about the rest.

Your watchknows your sleepnot your session
Your lifting logknows your setsnot your recovery
Your calorie appknows your macrosnot your load
Your period trackerknows your datesnot your lifts
Your notes appknows what you typednothing else

Every one of them asks you what you did. None of them tells you what to do next.

Connects through Apple Health & Google Health Connect — reads what you already track across Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, Strava, Noise & boAt.

Kadam AI · the brain

One brain, reading everything at once.

The five apps above never shared a thing. Kadam AI reads your body signals and workout history, calibrates what's normal for you, and generates a personalized daily brief with every single adjustment explained. Ask questions, log sets or meals, and get grounded answers with zero medical guesswork.

Report agentWeekly trends, PRs, the recap you'd share.
Health-metric agentSleep, heart rate, recovery — from Apple Health.
Cycle-engine agentPhase, symptoms and dates — as context, not a rule.

Today's brief

Push A, trimmed.

Heaviest compound pulled — 6.2 h sleep.

Capped at zone 3 — resting HR 4 bpm high.

…and the reason for every line.
01

Give it a week.

Kadam AI calibrates to your baselines before it says a word — what's normal sleep, load and recovery for you, not a table.

02

Then it briefs your day.

It reads last week's sessions, your supplements and your meals, weighs them against your cycle, and tells you what today should look like.

03

It keeps itself current.

Every so often it asks one sharp question — a symptom, a change, how a session felt — and re-calibrates. It gets to know you.

Kadam AI is in active development and ships inside the app — not a separate add-on, and not a chatbot bolted on. This is how it's built to think.

Two questions

A different
app.

Sex, and what you want to track. That's the whole setup.

A man never sees a cycle goal seeded — his week is strength, run, fuel.

A woman's app makes room for the whole cycle — phases, symptoms, a calendar. Same geometry, plum and apricot.

Train, Ivory: the Push A session for the strength persona. Cycle, Dawn: day 13, follicular, the cycle persona's calendar of logged days.

Cycle

Reads your phase.
Moves with it.

Day 13, follicular — energy is building, so the plan pushes. Nutrition, training and Capacity shift with where you are, and the next period sits on the calendar.

Kadam treats phase as context, not a prescription — the evidence says the effect is smaller than most cycle apps claim. Here's the study.

  • Menstrual
  • Follicular
  • Ovulation
  • Luteal

Inside the app

Real screens.
Real numbers.

Every screen below is a real capture from an iPhone running Kadam — at 1206 × 2622, nothing mocked.

What changed today

Three numbers and a plan.

Heaviest compound pulled — 6.2 h sleep.
Capped at zone 3 — resting HR 4 bpm above baseline.

You see the adjustment and the reason.

Train: a Push A session, warm-ups and working sets per exercise.

Train

6-day PPL, or whatever you build.

Per-set logging, and one-tap substitution when the rack is taken. Swap an exercise and the programme keeps its shape.

Fuel · the India layer

A food table that speaks your kitchen.

76,000+ Indian entries, unit-correct

Hot tea (Garam Chai), instant coffee, and on through the dishes people actually eat. Targets computed from your body — not a lookup table.

Run

Distance, pace, splits — on the map.

The same session history the rest of the app reads from.

Health: strength, body and running trends, with per-lift personal records.

Your rhythm

Strength, body and running over time.

Best estimated 1RM, per-lift PRs, and a weekly recap you can share.

Homegrown

It knows what chai is.

A food table that speaks your kitchen. Targets from your body, not a US chart. A cycle that shapes the plan. Kadam was built where you eat and train, not ported to it.

76,000+ Indian entries, unit-correct — ghee included. In the app, a photo logs it. Nothing here is saved.

Cycle intelligence

The plan moves with your phase.

Training and nutrition shift with where you are in your cycle, not against it — and only if you want a cycle tracked at all.

Every wearable, or none

If it writes to Apple Health, Kadam reads it. No watch? Log by hand — the plan still works.

Explainable by design

Every line traces to a rule
and the data that fired it.

Kadam AI is built to show its working. Every line in your brief points back to the rule and the logged data that produced it — so you can always ask why, and it can't quietly drift. The AI personalises; it does not get to make things up.

Most cycle apps tell you to train hard in your follicular phase and ease off in your luteal one. The evidence does not support that. McNulty et al. (2020), Sports Medicine, found the effect of cycle phase on strength and endurance trivial, the evidence quality low, and general guidelines impossible to form. So Kadam keys off what you logged and treats phase as context, not a prescription.

Data Sovereignty

Your health data never leaves your phone.

Under India's DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR Article 9, health, blood reports, and cycle logs are sensitive personal data. Kadam stores them in an on-device SQLCipher-encrypted vault. The encryption key is generated locally and locked inside your phone's hardware secure enclave (iOS Keychain & Android Keystore). We hold zero server-side copies of your health records.

Zero ad tracking. Zero data harvesting. Complete portability: You can export every byte of your logged history to a structured JSON file at any time with one tap.

“Your health data stays encrypted on this device. None of it is sent anywhere.” — Kadam's own words, at the onboarding health step.
